The Color Run!

I ran a Fiiiiive K , I ran a Fiiiiive K. 

That is the song I sang all weekend long. 

Lets ceremoniously cross that right off of my 50 in 555 list!

I can hardly contain my excitement, it's cute that I think I am containing it at all. 

I ran a 5K. 

I can hardly absorb those words. A mere 8 weeks ago I was panting after a 1 minute run. 

I ran for 30 minutes this weekend. 

Yes it was hard. Yes I walked for a hot second. But I finished it. 

In the rain. 

3.1 Miles. 

It was SO much fun. I will absolutely be doing this again. I have officially stalked the upcoming events in Arizona this year and have a few more in mind. :) 

 Mr B. made this for me. Can we talk about how sweet that man is to me. 

No need to. This speaks for itself. He came, supported me, in the rain. And brought me and Stephanie hot chocolate when we were done. He is wonderful.

These pretty ladies were the winners of my giveaway. Sisters nonetheless and I have known them forever. They also had a blast and I am so gracious to The Color Run for giving all of us the opportunity to participate in such a great event.

Needless to say after running in the rain and having color thrown at me and jumping in puddles of mud and such I was FILTHY. And I love it. 

I cannot wait to put the memories into a shadow box so I can remember them forever.
