As of late I had been having some serious body image issues.
Boo.
After losing so much weight before it is really deflating to see any of it come back.
I had seen myself headed back towards the bad habits I had before.
I had been adding more cheeseburgers and soda to my diet, and we cant have that.
So I decided to add this to my 50 in 555 list.
44. Loose 5 pounds. (Lets keep it realistic)

Actually I just woke up one day and decided I didn't want to feel like that anymore or ever again so I changed. Just like that.
I think it is going to be an ongoing effort now.

I need to just get my body on a good track.
I need to remember how bad it feels to be where I was and how good it feels to feel really great about how I look.
Don't get me wrong I will still be enjoying my cheeseburgers and coffee. Its just outlandish to think I could cut those things out completely.
I really don't have a set diet I stick to when I "diet" otherwise I'd share.
What this really means for me is another investment into healthy choice meals and refilling my water bottle 900 times a day.
According to my Doc I have a vitamin D deficiency on top of that and after some pretty interesting research I found that taking my vitamins daily will probably help knock off a couple more things from my list too. Not only will it hopefully stabilize my metabolism but it will be a great asset in getting my skin cleared up and that pesky taking my vitamins consistently thing. I always mean to but I need to DO it. Gahhh
Also, as much as I would love to show you all my before picture
{and by that I mean I'd rather jump off a building}
I will not.
I just want you to know that it is happening and ask for your support :)
I am finally feeling really good after I run. My breathing and my heart let me run further and longer than when I started. I am starting to even see some muscle definition in my legs! Woop!
The plan is to keep running even after The Color Run in a few weeks and I WILL pick Zumba back up in the very near future as well.
Until next time.
Until next time.

I love zumba!! And you are beautiful. I am never against healthy choices and people who want to lose a few pounds, but definitely know that you are amazingly beautiful right this very moment.
